AP Engineering operates as a Notified Body in Europe for issuing CE Type Certification according to Annex III Part A of the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU.
As a Notified Body, we apply a competence-based and professional approach, articulated in the following phases:
- Preliminary analysis, with specialized technical inspections, aimed at identifying the relevant technical regulations and defining the entire certification process in terms of planning and expectations.
- Evaluation by experts of the machine's certification documents, taking into account the intended use and methods of operation.
- Issuance of the Certificate in case of a positive outcome of all checks.
